Enrollment Procedure

Freshman

• No proxy is allowed.



• No application form will be accepted unless all documents
  mentioned above are fully and correctly completed.



• No reservation of slots will be allowed.

• High School Card ( Form 138 )
• General Average of 80 % and above
• Barangay Certificate of Residency
• Medical Certificate
• Certificate of Good Moral Character
• 3 Colored Picture (1X1)





Transferee



• Honorable Dismissal
• Transcript of Records
• Certificate of Good Moral Character
• Medical Certificate
• 3 Colored Picture (1X1)





Scholarship & Youth Development Progam (SYDP)

Objectives:



• Improve access to higher education;



• Minimize the number of displaced youth in the city;



• Upgarade the literacy of the residents of the city;



• Promote activities for youth development, such as trainings,projects and seminars;



• To attain the objectives of the Quezon City Government in Promoting
  the advancement of science and technonlogy.





Types of Scholarship Grants



• Full Scholarship- 100% Discount from Tuition Fee and other fees.



• Partial Scholarship



• Category A- 50% discount from Tuition Fee and other fees.



• Category B- 35% discount from Tuition Fee and other fees.
